Insights and Plans for Improvement:
Team Five suggested enhancing the website by incorporating a catchy slogan or tagline on the homepage and providing more information on the support page. Meanwhile, Team Four recommended updating the prototype page and including a visible link to the Figma page showcasing the prototype.
Combining these suggestions, the prioritized changes for the coming week based on user testing will focus on several key areas. Firstly, we will work a slogan or tagline to incorporate on the homepage. Additionally, we will dedicate time to enhance the support page with comprehensive information, addressing common user queries and providing clear guidance. Lastly, we will update the prototype page as recommended by Team Four, ensuring that it has a visible link to the Figma page showcasing the prototype.

Enable scroll functionality for the store section.
Enhance the furniture package and single furniture sections with visual content.
Implement the ability to switch between different styles within the single furniture section.
Create an informative page covering shipping, assembly, and setup details.
Introduce a tracking feature to monitor movers' locations.
Marketing Team
Create a series of mood boards or room inspiration guides showcasing different interior design styles and how Serenity Spaces' products can bring them to life. We will share these on social media platforms like Instagram and Pinterest to attract attention and generate awareness about Serenity Spaces.
Develop blog posts that provide practical tips and advice on how to design and decorate specific rooms or living spaces.
Launch an online forum where customers can share design tips, inspiration, and feedback on Serenity Spaces' products.
Create videos that provide practical tips and ideas for home decor and interior styling. We will share these on YouTube.
Develop interactive quizzes and polls on Serenity Spaces' website and social media channels to engage customers and gather valuable insights about their preferences, style preferences, and home decor needs.

Team Six advised adding labels to the application's tabs for improved navigation, while Team Eight proposed featuring the shipping and assembly information in a pop-up section. They also recommended incorporating an about section to provide insights into the company.
In response to this feedback, the prioritized changes for the coming week based on user testing will focus on several key areas. Firstly, will implement a pop-up section to feature shipping and assembly information. Lastly, we will incorporate an about section to provide users with insights into the company, its values, and its mission.

Participate in relevant trends and utilize hashtags into our posts to increase visibility and engagement.
Develop a mock up for a sponsored content where influencers can showcase our app to their audience.
Reflection on User Testing:
The teams during user testing encountered challenges in providing constructive feedback, both the application and website were appreciated for their aesthetic appeal and user-friendly navigation. Despite minimal feedback we devised our own concepts for implementations, to ensure 5 changes. The development team is currently integrating suggestions in both the website and application.
