FeedBack on Website & Mobile App Prototype

After sharing our website and app prototype with our ENTRP 490 class, we received valuable and insightful recommendations. Most of the feedback we received suggests several key improvements to enhance the user experience on both the website and app. Here are some of the changes we made!

Website Edits

You loved the website's design! You mentioned how it aligns well with our brand's theme, and the informative pages effectively communicate what we're all about. After listening to your recommendations, we put in some additional pages.

• Support Center: This dedicated page will answer all your frequently asked questions, making navigating the rental process a breeze.

• Pet and Child-Friendly Furniture: We know pets and little ones are a part of what makes a home. This new page will showcase furniture options that can handle the extra love (and spills!), along with clear guidelines for rentals.

App Prototype Edits

While you appreciated the app's core framework and functionality, you wanted more! Based on your feedback, we've made significant improvements to enhance the user experience:

• Order History Tracking: Never lose track of your rentals again! We've integrated an order history page and tracking feature so you can easily manage and monitor your current and past furniture selections.

• Extended Contract Options: Life can be unpredictable. Now you have the flexibility to extend your rental contract directly through the app, ensuring a seamless transition if your move gets rescheduled.

• Visual Appeal: We've incorporated the app's shop section with high-quality images of our furniture, allowing you to browse and visualize your perfect rental space.
